Papua New Guinea training for Rugby League World Cup

THE Kumuls are in town!

Having arrived at their Warrington base, Papua New Guinea have been getting to work in preparation for their Rugby League World Cup campaign.

Today, they held their first training session at Warrington Wolves’ training facility ahead of their Group D opener against Tonga in St Helens on Tuesday, October 18.

The squad, which includes world stars such as South Sydney Rabbitohs try machine Alex Johnston and Melbourne Storm powerhouses Justin Olam and Xavier Coates, were on the field and in the gym in Padgate.
