Chairmen and representatives of the 12 Franchises participating in the 2023 NRLC season attended the AGM.
The NRLC AGM chaired by Mr Adrian Chow (PNGNRLC Board Chairman), saw the group also pay respect to the late Mr David Silovo who was NRLC Competition Officer last year before his sudden passing.
